It had been about 7 years since our last out-of-country vacation when we started working with Diane at Mountain City Travel to discuss what travel options might be good for myself and my wife.

From the first conversation we had with Diane, it was clear that she loved what she does and was very knowledgeable about what places we might like to visit as well as the “type” of trip that she thought we would enjoy most. Going on vacation could not have been easier. We met a few times by phone with Diane, she made some recommendations and then booked, sorted and provided everything in a tidy package before we left. We literally worked to the bitter end and the next day began our vacation. The destinations and boutique hotels we stayed at totally fit our style of travel, connecting flights were timed perfectly, we even got a call at our destination from Mountain City Travel reminding us of a time change. There are too many specifics to mention each one. What I will say is: We were impressed with Mountain City Travel’s services, but their customer service and expertise are the two aspects we reflect back on the most. Diane was there every step of the way and was available for any and all questions we had, even the last minute ones.
