Would I Go Back? In A Larix Minute!

A staycation in the heart of Kimberley couldn’t have been more perfect for two gal-pals celebrating winter birthdays.

After a mid-morning Nature Park hike we wandered Platzl streets, ate fabulous pizza, shopped - “Oh, did we shop!” – sipped adult beverages accompanied with bruschetta and charcuterie delights. It was a fully packed day of fun and friendship.   

The icing on our staycation-birthday cake was the ‘stay’ of our staycation at Kimberley’s new Mountain Chic Boutique Hotel – The Larix.

Walking into the Lobby your senses relax as you are immediately wrapped in the calm of this downtown oasis.

Our room was spacious and comfortable and we felt like we were in a special place with just the perfect touches.

Local artists are featured in the rooms and throughout the hotel. The all-day coffee station features Kimberley-roasted Kickturn java and the earth-friendly toiletries are custom blended locally.

The three L’s of the hotel - The Lobby, The Library and The Loft - have been curated with love and attention.
